That is why we want YOU to share with us, the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful, regarding how your restaurant has evolved. Including: how you came up with the name, concept, if this was initially your vision or goal, and who (if anyone) may have pushed you to pursue your dreams.

I’ve been in love with cooking and feeding people since I was 6 1/2. My mom would give me a little bit of ground beef, a few peas and the “eyes” from potatoes and I would “cook” them and then plate them beautifully and serve them to my dolls. It was only natural that I would become a chef who would one day own a restaurant and feed real people delicious, well thought out plates of interesting food.

My passion for cooking started at an early age. I knew I wanted to work at my parent’s Italian cuisine restaurant at the early age of 8. Owning a restaurant was a great achievement for my parents as they were raised in a lower economic background. After seeing the dedication they put into their restaurant and making sure the food quality was superb, it inspired me to want be the chef of their restaurant one day.
