The first of this trio that I received was The Ultimate Meal Prep Cookbook. Do you get a sinking feeling that you have no idea what to make for dinner each night? These plans also include an ingredient prep-ahead and make-ahead lists, and ingredient substitution information so that you can customize meals to your tastes and what you have on hand. The recipes have been developed to minimize your active cooking time to 45 minutes or less.
